Lalala Human Steps is a Canadian dance group founded by Edouard Lock. Lock puts dancers in his company through rigorous physical training that includes running, acrobatics, and even martial arts. He was one of the choreographic innovators to evolve the "dance film" as its own art. In dance film, performances are designed from conception to be filmed from multiple points of view and creatively edited to create the final work. Dancers of Lalala Human Steps have been seen performing on tours world wide. They have also performed in conjunction with such music notables as David Bowie, Frank Zappa, Skinny Puppy, and others. Here, in a short dance film entitled "LaLaLa Human Sex Duo No.1", Louise Lecavalier, one of the most militant dancers performs with an unidentified male partner, to the music of Marco Aldendorff. I love the music! And Lecavalier shows off some horizontal pirouettes that are almost scary.

WAU!
I like her style, contrast: having ballerina dress but the her style + dancing is strong...not like ballerinas 'normally' dance...
What steps!
I've danced 'all my life' (latetly only at home!)...
She is amazing...and by now legendary, when she met up with Edouard Lock, dancer/choreographer, she quickly became one of the most revolutionary dancers of her time!
