Chris Gilmour's sculptural works shown here are made entirely of cardboard. Rather than recycling a material, this kind of work is often described as "upcycling". Cardboard, instead of being pulped and re-processed to make more cardboard, is used in a transformative way. Gilmour's constructions shown here are all "life-size", with the exception of the cardboard cathedrals. (There is no sound accompanying the video)
